      Yes, we currently have two Ruby’s Pantry Food Distributions in Green Bay WI as follows:

      –One at Redeemer Lutheran Church. Click here for those distribution details.

      –One at Central Church. Those distribution details are listed above.

      They are at different days/times and you’re welcome at both of them. We ask that you complete a Registration Form once per year per distribution site.

          Every site is run a bit differently, but ask the Site Leader at the next Pop-Up Pantry and there may be some assistance available. The Volunteers at the registration desk will be able to assist you.

    I have lost my card and I’ve been to every distribution at Central, do I have to start over or can I just get issued a new card with the 3 punches?

      There are no income or resident limits/requirements.

      If you have a printer, please complete the Registration Form online, print and bring with you to the Pop-Up Pantry. Otherwise you may complete the form when you arrive. This is required once per year per distribution site.

      We post the partial list of food on our Facebook Page 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled distribution time.

      Nothing except 2 boxes, bins, coolers or laundry baskets along with your $20 cash donation per share of food.

      Correct, the Green Bay Central Pop-Up Pantry does not currently participate in our Online Preregistration Program. However, if you have a printer, you may complete the Registration Form online, print it and bring with you to the next Pantry. Otherwise you may complete the Registration Form when you arrive. This is required once per year per Pop-Up Pantry.

      The Green Bay Pop-Up Pantry at Central was held on Monday, January 8th. There is one at Green Bay at Redeemer Lutheran on January 22nd. The Green Bay Central is the 2nd Monday of the month.

    My name is Jamie Jergenson, and I work at Bellin College as the alumni coordinator. I am looking to plan a community service activity for our alumni this spring. We would probably have about 8 to 15 people and would like to do something on a week night, if possible. Please let me know if you need any help during that time frame.

      Thank you for your inquiry. Each month the food list changes but the list often includes an assortment of meat, fresh produce, groceries, paper products, snack items, potatoes, dairy products.     Is there an income limit to be able to to this? Most Pantry’s are for the needy not for people who are always bucking the system, so to speak.

      Thank you for the question. Ruby’s Pantry is for anyone that eats! There is no income or residency requirement and anyone can participate. For a $20 share donation you will get an abundance of food. We recommend bringing 2 baskets or totes to the distribution.

      Thank you for the message. The Green Bay Central Pop-Up Pantry is held each month on the 2nd Monday of the month. For August it will be held August 13th from 5:30-7:00 with doors opening for registration at 4:30 pm. There is a $20 donation per food share and anyone that eats is eligible – there is no income or residency requirement. For more information on the location, you can visit our website at

    I just went to one yesterday. I thought it was great!!.. I went to the East Side of Green Bay one. I see that there’s one
    at the end of the month on the West Side of Green Bay. Is the food going to be the same as I just got or are they
    different every time or at different locations.

      Each location offers different items each Pop-Up Pantry and potentially each month. There will be some of the same items but most often they are different as it varies based on what we have received from our corporate food suppliers during the month. You can attend as many of the Pop-Up Pantry locations that works for your schedule each month.

    Is there anyway to buy a share as a gift certificate for someone?

      Absolutely – you can contact our office at (651) 674-0009 and we can get a food certificate issued for you and have it sent directly to you. If it is something you want at the site location for the individual, you can let us know and we will have it there at the site. Thank you.
