CDL Class A Part-Time Truck Driver Needed for Saturdays

Job Description:  We are a faith based Christian organization that feed the hungry in rural MN and WI. We have prayer and a devotional during weekly meetings. Diesel Mechanic

Job Description:  Completes major repairs (including engine overhaul) and regular maintenance on tractors and trailers, moves tractors and trailers into loading docks, check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working condition, drives to pickups and deliveries as a backup to drivers; loads or unloads trucks or helps others with loading or unloading; runs pallet jack, maintains confidentiality, informs Distribution Center Manager of any issues or concerns promptly, attends and participates in training and meetings as assigned, cross-trains and works in all areas of the warehouse as needed during non-maintenance and non-driving times, including cleaning trailers and maintaining grounds and building, presents self in appropriate professional manner wearing Ruby’s Pantry shirt while working and adheres to dress code, must have a positive attitude and enjoy being on a team with drivers and warehouse employees, maintains accurate and timely repair, maintenance, and driving logs,  must work Saturday if a vehicle or trailer breaks down; must be available to work early mornings and late evenings to pick up a trailer or tractor.

Cook

Job Description:  Part-time cook needed for occasional Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for our meeting/conference/event center in Luck WI.  We are looking for a cook to prepare delicious, timely, well delivered meals for our conference attendees.  We are a faith based Christian organization, we play Christian music in our facilities and have prayer and devotionals during our organization’s meetings and during meetings, conferences, and events at our center.

Responsibilities Include:  Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment, prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.), cook food in various utensils or grillers, check food while cooking to stir or turn, ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served, keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen, ensure all food and other items are stored properly at proper temperatures, check quality of ingredients, monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages, maintaining accurate inventory and rotating stock appropriately, restock kitchen for next event, set-up tables and serving areas in the dining room, serve food, cleaning the dining room area

Requirements:  Proven experience as cook, experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware, knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.), ability to follow all sanitation procedures, ability to work in a team, very good communication skills, excellent physical condition and stamina
